No, it’s not possible to check with the CNIC number. You must use your reference number or consumer Id to access a web page which will display electricity billing information.

I was disconnected because I did not pay my electricity bill. How can I get my connection back now that I have paid?
The disconnection order is lifted once all customers settle their outstanding arrears. The Reconnection Order (RCO) is authorized by CSO.
How can dangerous obstacles such as poles or wires be removed from in front of a gate or street??
Poles and Wires were established before any houses or roads were ever built within your vicinity. Please write to the person responsible for operations within your area. They would determine as to how much it might cost to eliminate these poles or wires. This payment has to be made by you if you want them shifted.
All arrears must be cleared by the consumers prior to reconnection incase of defaulting. In addition, he/she must sign an affidavit on stamp paper that supply could immediately disconnect again once any dues or current bills are unpaid.
Other than these papers, a security deposit on current rates is to be made while another agreement will be signed before reconnection is done. Supply shall be restored after the payment of the first installment and completion of all formalities.
